You are the complaints desk
The lift is out for the scaffold, the bay is full of skip, the drilling started early. Each one is a resident at your door or on your phone, and you did not do any of it.
For block managers, RMC directors and head porters
You are the person residents find when something goes wrong on site. Noisy Neighbour gives your building a standing page where residents read the week's notices and report problems straight to the contractor, and where you see every thread without being the one in the middle.
Scaffold on the north elevation comes down on Thursday. Lift 2 is out of use from 8am to 1pm.
The grinding started before eight again this morning.
Breaking-out moved to after 8am from tomorrow. Sorry about this morning.

Sound familiar?
The lift is out for the scaffold, the bay is full of skip, the drilling started early. Each one is a resident at your door or on your phone, and you did not do any of it.
The head porter hears everything first and passes it on by memory. What was reported, what the contractor said and when it was fixed lives in nobody's file.
The board asks for a report on how the works went for residents. You have a WhatsApp group, an inbox and a good recollection, and none of them is a record.
How it works
Nothing for neighbours to install. The QR code opens a web page, and everything happens on that page.
01
Enter the address and the number of dwellings. The page is the building's own, so it is there for every programme of works, not set up again per job.
02
Invite residents by email from the list, put the QR sheet in the lobby and the lifts, and add the porters so they see the whole picture.
03
The site team posts the week's work. A resident's report goes straight to them, you and the porters see it, and the reply and the fix are dated.
What you get
A standing page for the building, with a printable QR sheet
Resident list with email invitations and a join link
Porters and the manager on the page, seeing every issue
Notices emailed to every resident who has joined
A dated record for the board and the managing agent
Residents join free
Per dwelling
£1 / dwelling / week
£1 per dwelling per week, billed every 4 weeks as one subscription for every block you pay for. Change the dwelling count and the next invoice follows it.
Everything is free for your first 7 days. No card needed to start.
Set up your buildingQuestions
Yes. Porters join the building's page and see every issue and notice. They can reply on the block's issues, so a report raised at the desk is handled in the same thread as one raised from a phone.
£1 per dwelling per week, billed every 4 weeks. A block of forty flats is £160 every 4 weeks. Residents never pay, and your first block is free for 7 days.
Either of you. If the agent runs several blocks, they can set yours up under their organisation and add you; if you run the building day to day, set it up yourself and invite them.
The page stays and so does the resident list. Use it for a roof repair, a lift replacement or a lobby refurbishment without setting anything up again.
No. The QR code opens an ordinary web page. A neighbour who wants the notices by email leaves an address; everyone else just reads the page.
