Complaints reach you last
A neighbour who cannot find anyone to talk to rings the council. By the time environmental health is on the phone, the problem has a case number.
For builders and contractors
Noisy Neighbour gives your site a public web page behind a QR code on the hoarding. Neighbours see what noisy work is coming and report a problem to your team instead of to the council. Every issue and every reply is dated and kept for the life of the job.
Concrete pour on Thursday morning. The pump will be on the road from 8am and it will be noisy until about 1pm.
Dust from the cutting is blowing over our garden.
We have put dust screens up and moved the saw behind the hoarding. Photos attached.

A neighbour who cannot find anyone to talk to rings the council. By the time environmental health is on the phone, the problem has a case number.
The foreman sorted the dust screens on the day. Three weeks later, with a Section 60 warning in hand, nobody can show when, or that the neighbour was told.
The homeowner gets the neighbour's version at the weekend and asks you on Monday. You spend the morning reconstructing a week you were not asked to record.
How it works
Nothing for neighbours to install. The QR code opens a web page, and everything happens on that page.
01
Enter the address, your working hours and your company name. That is all the page shows the public, with no phone number on the hoarding.
02
Print the sheet from the site page and fix it where people walk past. Anyone who scans it reaches the page, and can leave an email for notices.
03
A concrete pour on Thursday, a skip on Monday. When a neighbour reports something, your team replies in the thread, with photos of the fix, and marks it resolved.

Set up your site pageQuestions
No. The QR code opens an ordinary web page. A neighbour who wants the notices by email leaves an address; everyone else just reads the page.
£5 per site per week, bought as prepaid weeks, with 10 weeks for £45 (save 10%), 20 weeks for £75 (save 25%). Neighbours never pay and there is no per-neighbour charge. Everything is free for your first 7 days, with no card needed to start.
Your team, the homeowner or client if you invite them, and the neighbour who raised each one. Neighbours do not see each other's issues on an ordinary house site.
Yes. Each site page stands alone. Weeks are bought in advance and a week you do not use stays on your account for the next job.
You can show the officer the dated record: the notice you posted, the report, when you acknowledged it, what you did and when the neighbour confirmed it. Most officers want to see exactly that.
